• Rates subject to change without notice; all sites and site-types are subject to availability
• All sites are 50 AMP service and roughly 2,160 square feet, while premium sites are on corner lots
• $5 per day or $60 per month per extra person charges above two (applies to seven years or older) after after 2 weeks.
• Move-in specials may be available for new seasonal and annual park model owners
• Monthly payment plans with yearly lease available. Call the office at (352) 523-1922 for the monthly payment plan rates.
• 7/5 and annual occupants are subject to background checks at a nominal fee
• Electricity will be sub-metered for stays of 30 days or more at our cost plus administrative fee
• Electric must be directly obtained from TECO for seasonal, 6-month, and annual guests
• WiFi is available (no charge) for stays of one month or longer, and free for stays of less than one month
• Additional charges apply to residents with a washer ($110/yr for 7/5 residents and $195/yr
  for annual residents)
• Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for daily, weekly and monthly stays and all reservation deposits

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

• Daily & Weekly – Reservation deposit of $35
• Monthly – Reservation deposit of $95

Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited

• 6 Month and longer – Reservation deposit of $195

Cancellation required at least 60 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited

• There is a $35 processing fee for all cancellations
• No refunds of early departures
