Morningside RV Estates, Inc. consists of approximately 400 sites. Each site is 36'wide by 60' long.

All sites are full hookup (water, sewage and electric) and 30 or 50 amp plug ins.

Modern self-contained units are the only type RV's permitted. All RV's are required to have a sewer seal and a three (3) wire grounded plug. No tents or truck campers are permitted.

Any unit ten (10) years or older must be pre-approved by the Office. Units must be well maintained and be kept in good condition.

All wheels and axles must be left on the unit at all times.
