Park FAQs, Rules & Information

• All guests must register and pay in full before unit may be parked.
  
  
• Morningside RV Estates is a 55 and over RV Park.
  
  
• Small pets up to 15lbs are welcome. Restrictions apply so please contact the office for more information.
  
  
• All sites are 36' x 60'. No pull thru sites. Electric is at the post of each site.
  
  
• Speed Limit is 10 MPH throughout the park.
  
  
• The security gate closes at 6:00 pm. A Remote is required to enter the park after Gate closes. Remotes are available at the office. Deposit is required.
  
  
• Quiet time is 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
  
  
• Guest fees are $2.00/person, per night. Only overnight, registered guests are permitted to take part in any activities at the clubhouses. Length of stay is limited to 2 weeks.
  
  
• No Smoking is allowed of any kind in any park building.
  
  
• TV stations: NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC AND PBS out of Tampa. Satellite dishes may be installed on the roof edge or free standing on a tripod. Factory installed antennas on RV's and Motorhomes are acceptable. No stationery roof antennas are permitted. (Additional rules apply)
  
  
• No wood or propane fire rings are permitted in the park, due to health and safety reasons.
  
  
• Golf Carts are permitted. Rules apply.
  
  
• The park does not have a storage area for any commercial and utility trailers or RV's and Motorhomes you travel to and from in. They are permitted in the park only for loading and unloading. No storage is allowed on your lot unless it is a 6' x 8' storage shed. Please contact office for restrictions.
  
  
• Visitors with children are welcome (2 week maximum). Children must be accompanied by an adult park resident when using any park facility. There is no fee for children under the age of 18. Guests over 18 will be charged $2 per day, per person based on occupancy of two (2) people per unit. Children under 18years of age are not permitted to play pool or Bingo. All visitors must register at the office upon arrival.
  
  
• Swimming pool rules are posted and must be obeyed. Children must be accompanied by a resident of the park to swim.
  
  
• All rules are for the benefit of the park residents and must be followed at all times.
  
  
• Garbage must be in plastic bags, tied and placed in dumpster. All boxes must be broken down.
  
  
• No vehicle repairs unless it is an emergency. No more than 2 vehicles are permitted per site. Inoperable vehicles must be removed.
  
  
• No door to door solicitation is permitted by any resident or non-resident. Please report Violations to the office immediately.
  
  
• Umbrella type clothelines are permitted. Placement must be approved by the office.
  
  
• Propane is sold at the office. No tanks over 40 lbs will be permitted. Propane for Motorhomes may be ordered from an outside source and delivered once a week. Please see office.
  
  
• No Refunds unless serious illness or death occurs. A 25% handling fee may apply.
  
  
• Check out time is 11:00 am.
